Ever heard of Track 61? It’s a secret train station that sits beneath the Waldorf Astoria and was used by President Franklin D. Roosevelt as a way to gain access to the hotel. It is still thought to be in occasional use – President George W Bush kept a train waiting for him there in case he ever needed to make a hasty exit.
