Interesting fact:

One tenth of Iceland’s entire population came to support their home team in the 2016 World Cup. Of course, Iceland’s population is far smaller than most of the other major teams participating, at just over 300,000. All the more remarkable considered their incredible achievements in the competition, such as kicking England out the day after the Brexit vote was announced!
