How Well Do You Know The British Royal Family?
The Queen and Prince Philip are third cousins through their shared great-great grandmother Queen Victoria. Queen Victoria had an incredible nine children during her reign – most of them were married into various Royal houses across Europe. That means that her descendants are scattered across Europe and the wider world. She had 42 grandchildren which earned her the name ‘the Grandmother of Europe’ – practically every royal family in Europe can claim they descended from her.
