Color blindness is separated into 4 classifications: slight, moderate, strong, and absolute. While absolute color-blindness is the most severe, it only affects about 1% of all color blind people. Absolute color blindness is incredibly rare and is classified as a person having no color cones in their eyes, resulting in that person seeing only in shades of white, black, and grey.
