Interesting fact:

Sharon Kay Truman turned her 1994 Chrysler Town & Country minivan into an exact replica of the Mystery Machine (albeit with a slightly amateurish paint job). Truman was suspected of violating her parole and after refusing to pull over, led police on a high-speed chase through Redding, California. Truman drove at such high speeds, police were unable to catch her! Eventually, a police helicopter spotted her abandoning the Mystery Machine and fleeing on foot!
